At Legacy Custom Homes, Inc., we specialize in crafting true custom homes designed to meet your individual requirements. All of the homes we build are designed by an Architect for the specific site they occupy in accordance with our design philosophy. They are designed and constructed to be energy efficient, healthy, durable, and sustainable. We design and build both speculative homes for sale, and homes located on land you own. Located in Cherokee County between Woodstock and Canton, we primarily serve the area north of Atlanta, Georgia.
Kevin Matthews is the president of Legacy Custom Homes, Inc. An architect by profession, he has over 27 years of experience in design and construction. He established this firm in order to bring a more integrated approach to the process of creating custom homes, and is personally involved in designing, managing, and supervising the construction of each home. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia's School of Architecture, and holds an MBA from the University of Delaware.
